Does It Count?

I watched many hours of The Biggest Loser marathon last night on Bravo. Does that count as exercise?

    Leg lifts - pushing your husband, dog, cat, friend out of the way so you can see
    More Arm curls - putting all those snackie-poos into your mouth
    Crunches - doubling over with laughter
    Cruches with a twist - turning away from tv to avoid watching contestants in pain

    All that has to count for something...
