I'm Back

I'm back (think Jack Nicholson in The Shining). I'm sure you missed me. I had some blog troubles and was not able to write. I read every post and had a "ditto" or some snarky comment to make on each one. How painful it was for me to not be able to share each and every thought I had about each and every one of your thoughts. But now, I'm back. Carl's eyesight, by the way- thanks for your calls and well wishes, is partly back. He was able to finally go back to work, but he says it's been hard.

So now that I'm back, I realize I don't have too much to say. So I'll leave you with this thought, something I think I invented with my sister.... "The Claim to Lame." So instead of your claim to fame like the time you ate the five pound hamburger or the fact that you speak thirty-two languages, we now have embarassing facts. Like the fact that I have seen the It's Pat movie starring Dana Carvey as the androgynous Pat- not once but two times. The list can go on and on ad nauseum, but I don't think I will be able to share any more until I hear some of yours.
