The Cruise: The Highlights

I'll give you just the highlights. Sorry it took so long.

Our two waiters were the nicest, cutest men and the absolute best part of the cruise.

Sarah and I learned some valuable lessons: aeresol sunscreen and a windy ship deck do not go together, the patch that keeps you from getting sick on a boat actually made us sicker than the boat. Both valuable pieces of info.

We also ate quite a bit. Food is a very important part of the cruise life. If there's nothing else to do- eat!

Sarah and I also, of course, did other things besides eat. After the first day's snafu with the sun and the subsequent burning, I tried to stay out of the sun as much as possible. So... we slept. We watched The Office. We read. We went to the fabulous cruise line provided entertainment. It is fabulous. NOT TO BE MISSED.

Our on land entertainment was also great. Chichen Itza was very cool. We learned about all the different ways the Mayans killed people. At Cozumel I had a great time snorkeling. The beach was gorgeous and we even got to see alligators.

Sounds like a great trip and a great time! Glad to see you're able to post again - it's been quiet around here.
