So, as most of you know, I'm a bit of a picky eater. Truthfully, I don't know many adults pickier than me (except my brother - and now we know he belongs to us too). So, the changes I'm making will be gradual. There are a lot of easy things I can do though - supplements (about 23 capsules a day), nuts, switching to soy milk (this one is going to be hard), dark chocolate (good thing I love love love it), Cheerios, garlic. I'll let you know how it goes. Oh, and are you sitting down? I joined a gym. Stop snickering. It had to be done.
Is there any possible way that Sonic's new Mac and Cheese Snacks could be considered heart healthy? Pretty please?
