I'm Stumped

OK, I just had a flash from a show we used to watch on Saturday mornings when we lived in Apt. 5B. It was on TeenNBC. It had a kid named Chris?? I think it came on before the show about the basketball team. Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

How can I have forgotten something so essential as the Teen NBC on Saturday mornings? I used to always be the one up in the mornings first on Saturday and then slowly one by one you all would shuffle in and join me. Sarah, you were last most of the time.
