Cinco de Awkward
In response to Megan's question, I did celebrate Cinco de Mayo. That's Eric's birthday so we had a Cinco de Mayo themed party. Eric had joked about inviting a couple that we had a huge falling out with, and I noted that we would have to call it Cinco de Awkward instead if they came. Needless to say we didn't invite them. I have enough awkwardness in my life without going out of my way to celebrate it.

Glad to hear you avoided the awkwardness. Loved the last sentence - "I have enough awkwardness in my life without going out of my way to celebrate it". I hope it was a fun party! Any pinatas?
No pinatas, but Eric's sister brought him a sombrero! (He didn't wear it-too bad!)
